Dr. Ann Laight is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of practice in both the NHS and private sectors. She has worked extensively with adults and young people, helping them to better understand and navigate a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
Drawing on her deep knowledge of psychological theory, Ann brings a compassionate approach to therapy, making complex ideas accessible and relevant to everyday life. I believe that the right to psychological health applies to all and in my work, I aim to support those suffering from psychological distress in developing psychological health and to experience positive relationships with others. I do this from a place of compassion and non-judgement.
